Return Policy
Please be advised that all sales are final and Rittenhouse Candle and Soap Inc. does not accept returns. An exception to this policy is if products arrive damaged or your order is incorrect. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on returns. No cash refunds. Rittenhouse Candle and Soap Inc. must be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the package for any damage, shortages, or incorrect order. Please report any errors within (2) days of receiving your shipment. It is strongly suggested that a purchase is made in the smallest size initially to ensure that you are comfortable with your purchase.Shipping Policy
Please be advised that products are made to order. It can take approximately 10 days for your order to be processed. This is actually an added benefit to our consumers because they are getting products that are fresh and not stocked in a warehouse. Rittenhouse Candle and Soap Inc. will not ship to a P.O. Box. We do not offer C.O.D. and if paying by a personal check, your products will be shipped after the check has cleared.
